Non-Refundable Contribution – from $230,000

Citizenship of Antigua and Barbuda can be obtained through a non-refundable contribution to the National Development Fund (NDF) – an official government program that supports infrastructure, healthcare, and education:

$230,000 – for a family of up to 4 people
$245,000 – for a family of 5 members (+$15,000 for each additional person)
Additional government fees: due diligence, processing, passport – depending on the family composition

The program is simple and transparent – with no residence or language requirements. After obtaining citizenship, applicants must spend a minimum of 5 days in the country over the first 5 years. The estimated processing time is from 6 months, but in practice, due to workload, it can take 8–10 months.

Real Estate Investment – from $300,000

Antigua and Barbuda citizenship can also be obtained by investing from $300,000 in real estate approved by the government. This can be a villa, apartment, or share in a resort project. The joint investment option with a $200,000 threshold was canceled in 2024 – now only individual purchases are allowed.
