Non-Refundable Contribution - from $240,000

Citizenship can be obtained by making a non-refundable contribution to the National Economic Fund (NEF) – a government fund for social and infrastructure development.

$240,000 – main applicant + up to 3 dependents
+$10,000 – per additional child under 18
+$20,000 – per additional adult dependent (18+)

The contribution is made after the preliminary approval of the application. All funds are allocated to support infrastructure, healthcare, energy, education, tourism, and small business.
Additional fees:

Due diligence: $8,000 for the main applicant, $5,000 for each dependent aged 16+
Processing fee: $2,000 for the main applicant, $1,000 for each dependent

Real Estate Investment - from $300,000

Saint Lucia citizenship can also be obtained by investing at least $300,000 in a government-approved real estate project. These can be apartments, villas, hotel complexes, or shares in resort developments. All properties undergo prior approval by the CBI Unit, ensuring legal security and participation in the official government program.
Main requirements:
