Citizenship of St. Kitts and Nevis - Caribbean freedom since 1984

St. Kitts and Nevis is a twin-island country located in the heart of the Caribbean Sea. Known for its crystal-clear waters, tropical climate, and peaceful island lifestyle, it offers not only a luxurious place to live or visit - but also one of the most respected and time-tested investment citizenship programs in the world.

With year-round sunshine, warm ocean breezes, and average temperatures ranging from 25°C to 30°C, the islands are an ideal destination for those who value both personal freedom and natural beauty.

The Citizenship by Investment Program (CIP) of St. Kitts and Nevis was launched in 1984, making it the oldest and most established citizenship-by-investment program globally. Over the decades, it has built a reputation for reliability, speed, and strong global mobility.

Each year, the government of St. Kitts and Nevis issues an average of 2,000-3,000 passports to investors and their families, with applicants coming from over 100 countries. The program is backed by legislation and enjoys full governmental support.

No language test, no residency or travel required - the entire process can be completed remotely within 4 to 6 months, with full confidentiality and support from our expert team.

a citizen of
St Kitts and Nevis?
The St Kitts Citizenship Investment Programme offers several options
for obtaining a second passport:

Non-Refundable Contribution - From $250,000

Applicants may obtain citizenship by making a non-refundable contribution to the Sustainable Island State Contribution (SISC) Fund, established by the government of St. Kitts and Nevis.

Funds collected through this program are used to support national development projects, including improvements in healthcare, education, tourism infrastructure, renewable energy, and cultural preservation.

This is a direct contribution to the country’s future - not an investment, and it does not generate returns or allow refund. However, it offers the fastest, most straightforward route to a second passport, with no additional obligations or risks.

Real Estate Investment - From $325,000

St. Kitts and Nevis offers investors three real estate-based options to qualify for citizenship, all of which require purchasing government-approved property:
  • From $325,000 - Share in a hotel, resort, or branded residence approved under the program.
  • From $325,000 - Government-approved condominium listed as an Approved Private Home.
  • From $600,000 - Purchase of a stand-alone private home, also designated as an Approved Private Home.
All real estate investments must be held for a minimum of 7 years before resale is allowed. In the meantime, investors may benefit from annual rental yields of 2% to 5%, depending on the project.
This route offers not only citizenship but also a tangible asset in a prestigious Caribbean destination with long-term value potential.

Public Benefit Investment - From $250,000

The Public Benefit Option is a government-approved route to citizenship that allows applicants to invest in nationally important social and infrastructure projects.
This option has replaced the former Alternative Investment Option (AIO) and continues its mission: supporting initiatives that bring lasting benefits to the people of St. Kitts and Nevis - including projects in education, healthcare, housing, tourism, and environmental sustainability.
To qualify, investors must contribute at least $250,000 to a project pre-approved by the government. Unlike traditional real estate investments, these are non-refundable contributions, but they serve a public good while offering a legal pathway to second citizenship.
